In your own business you will have recognised that every customer is different and that one offering does not always fit all; each customer is unique and requires a different solution. When that solution has been put in place it is so easy for customers to then take it for granted and to think that any other supplier could do the same. They need to be reminded that this is not so.
They need to be reminded what is special about YOU and why they came on board in the first place. This is a message that is not always best communicated by a generic mailing or e-shot.
Communicating the value of your being different in a business pitch is extremely difficult. It is not done with someone else’s literature. It is done with material created specifically for you and specifically to communicate your message.
