‘Since joining Office Club, and having available to us, support, advice and the necessary “props”, we have been re-inspired to push just that little bit harder to gain new business. When the market is becoming even more competitive, the pricing structure available to Office Club members has enabled us to compete fruitfully with internet stores. The internet is the largest competitor for us. No overheads, free delivery etc.We can now at least match the pricing when new customers tell us what they have been paying. Add to that same day delivery from stock if possible, friendly local service and support, and “bingo” a New customer on board!
We have been able to change the way the store looks with the window and hanging display supplies, making a more interesting environment for customers.
The business account side of our company has virtually doubled since beginning with Office Club. Reaching its so far highest level, in December 2010. This is in part due to the marketing materials available through Aims, special offers and promotions (arranged by Office Club) and renewed inspiration!
When you have all the tools at your fingertips, it is easier to regain the excitement that you felt at the beginning of your business launch. There is a tendency to become slightly jaded when things are getting harder. You lose the push that is vital to continued growth. For myself I can honestly say that, becoming an Office Club member has opened a variety of opportunities for us. New suppliers, meaning an end to the dreaded search for that 1 product that you know will clinch that important customer order. Now I have so many suppliers available to me that I know I can virtually source everything I need. If I can’t find it, I know a lady who can!
